|
| Denis Fontenoy |
Dennis Elliot Fontenot is facing jail if he breaches a unique Asbo - banning him from every single pub and restaurant in Cheshire for the next 10 years.
The order, the first of its kind, has been imposed on Fontenot, 34, of Gladstone Court, Hawarden, dubbed a menace to licensed premises. It was granted by magistrates in Chester after the court was told Fontenot had been involved in a number of violent incidents, some captured on CCTV. Inspector Mel Williams from Cheshire Police said: "Fontenot has made life miserable for bar staff and customers in Chester City Centre.
