Bullies website taken down and owner arrested

The owner of a website that named-and-shamed alleged bullies in the Wiltshire village of Ludgershall has been arrested and his website closed.

The website owner is the father of a boy who, he claims, was the victim of attacks by 15 village children he claimed were bullies. He is said to have put up the names and pictures of youngsters aged three to 13 after claiming his son was stabbed and beaten with a piece of wood.

The website claimed it ‘names and shames' the people of Ludgershall in Wiltshire who have bullied other people in the village. Wiltshire Police said: ‘A man in his 40s has been arrested at his home on suspicion of a public order offence. ‘He has been freed without charge on police bail pending further inquiries.’
