Free T-shirts to encourage clubbers to drink responsibly
T-shirts resembling those promoting tours by rock bands are being given free-of-charge to customers in pubs and clubs in Durham who purchase non-alcoholic drinks or food.
The initiative, accredited through the Best Bar None scheme, is part of a programme of activity in Durham which aims to discourage Christmas revellers from binge drinking in the city's bars.
