New lights should be turned off to deter vandals, claims resident

Tow months ago lights were installed to illuminate an alleyway near Henley, Oxfordshire. The new lights, says a resident, have attracted graffiti and vandalism.

Over the past two months, there have been a number of graffiti attacks in Sibella Way, Sonning Common, and a window at the health centre and another at the neighbouring dental practice have been smashed. Now a night-time blackout has been called for to deter vandals.
